Did Satellite acquire ServiceCore?

No. This is a strategic business partnership and technology collaboration, not an acquisition or merger. Both companies remain independent.

What does this partnership mean?

Satellite will exclusively offer ServiceCore software to its customers in the U.S. and Canada, alongside its portable sanitation equipment. In the near future, ServiceCore will offer an enhanced solution integrated with Satellite's new sensor technology exclusively to Satellite customers. This creates a true all-in-one solution for operators.

Will this change how I buy from Satellite or ServiceCore?

No. You'll continue working with both companies just as before. The difference is that you'll see more future bundled options and integrated tools.

Will ServiceCore share my data with Satellite and will Satellite share my data with ServiceCore?

No. Satellite and Service Core maintain the privacy of their respective customer data, which is kept confidential according to the applicable privacy policy and terms of service for each company. Nothing changes in how your data is handled. Please reference both companies privacy policies – Satellite and ServiceCore

If I buy equipment from Satellite, will they see how I run my business in ServiceCore?

No. Satellite does not have access to your business data inside ServiceCore.

If I buy sensor technology from another supplier than Satellite, will I be able to use a ServiceCore software solution integrated with that supplier's sensor technology?

No. This is an exclusive technology partnership offering an integrated solution between proprietary Satellite technology and ServiceCore software.

What about the sensor technology mentioned in your marketing communications?

Future Satellite sensor technology will connect seamlessly with ServiceCore, giving you real-time insights on equipment in the field. This will help you improve service and ROI, but the choice to use sensors is yours.

How much will this Satellite sensor technology cost and when will it be available?

Satellite's sensor technology will be available in 2026; pricing will be communicated at that time.

Do I need to have Satellite equipment to use Satellite's future sensor technology?

No. Satellite's future sensor technology will work on any portable applicable equipment.

I'm already a ServiceCore customer. Do I need to switch or do anything?

No. Nothing changes for you, you'll continue to use ServiceCore the same way you always have.

I'm already a Satellite customer. Will I be able to use the new sensor technology in my Satellite equipment without using ServiceCore software?

Yes and No. Your maximum benefit will be gained from an integrated Satellite-ServiceCore solution.

I'm not a ServiceCore customer yet. Do I have to go through Satellite to get it now?

No. You can still sign up directly through ServiceCore. Satellite customers now also have a streamlined option to initiate the purchase of ServiceCore through Satellite.

Why should I sign up now with ServiceCore?

Adopting new software takes time to learn, and getting your team comfortable now means you'll be ready to hit the ground running when Satellite launches its new sensor equipment in 2026.

Will this partnership make ServiceCore more expensive?

No. Pricing for ServiceCore does not change because of this partnership.
