FAQs

This is an invitation-only event for growth-minded grease trap and septic pumpers. If you received an invitation, you're exactly who we had in mind.

ServiceCore covers all meals throughout the event: breakfast, lunch, and dinner on September 16th. For guests traveling from outside of Denver, we also cover your hotel stay at the Cambria Hotel Denver for the nights of September 15th and 16th. You are responsible for your own travel to Denver.

The roundtable takes place at the ServiceCore office: 3615 Delgany St, Suite 1000, Denver, CO 80216. The Cambria Hotel Denver is located right across the street if you need accommodations.

Denver International Airport (DEN) serves direct flights from most major U.S. cities. The airport is approximately 25–35 minutes from the venue. Rideshare and rental cars are both easy options from DEN.

Doors open at 8:30 AM for breakfast and registration. We kick things off at 9:00 AM sharp, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.

Business casual is fine. Denver in September is comfortable, with daytime temperatures typically in the mid-70s to low 80s. No need to dress up.

Reach out to Gracie Van Driel at gracie.vandriel@servicecore.com and she will get back to you promptly.
