The ServiceCore Leadership Summit is an invitation-only event for top operators and leaders in the portable sanitation industry. If you received an invitation, you are exactly who we had in mind.
ServiceCore covers your hotel stay for October 12th and 13th, all meals during the event, your activity on October 13th, and round-trip transportation to our offsite dinner that evening. You are responsible for your own travel to and from Utah.
The closest airport is Salt Lake City International (SLC), approximately 58 minutes from the resort. We recommend renting a car or arranging a rideshare for the drive up. The resort address is 8841 Alpine Loop Scenic Byway, Sundance, UT 84604.
No. Dinner on Tuesday, October 13th is at Soldier Hollow Lounge in Midway, and ServiceCore provides round-trip shuttle transportation from the resort. The shuttle departs the resort at 5:20 PM, so plan to meet in the lobby by 5:10 PM. Dinner runs from 6:00 to 8:30 PM, with the shuttle returning to the resort afterward.
Plan to arrive on Monday, October 12th in time for the Welcome Happy Hour and Dinner at 5:00 PM. Departures take place on Wednesday, October 14th following lunch.
October in the Utah mountains means cool to cold temperatures, especially mornings and evenings. We recommend layers, comfortable walking or hiking shoes, and any gear appropriate for your activity choice. Business casual attire is fine for sessions.
If you'd like to bring a plus one, please run it by our team first. They're welcome to stay in your room, but if they wish to participate in the event itself, we'll need to know for headcount approval.
