We want to make sure that we pump that tank, we give the customer the most information we can about that tank and get them on a schedule. Anybody can do service. We want to make sure we do it correctly, make sure that we’re not getting into something that is over our head or we have to bring in a third party.

Then invoicing billing, making sure that what we quote is clear, concise, and that our customer is happy with the job we did for the money they pay. So that’s what we really strive for to be the best is to do the best possible job we can. Anything less than that is pretty much unacceptable.
