Cy: Hi, my name is Cy. I’m the operations manager for Williams and Bay Pumping in Michigan. We switched to ServiceCore in February of 2023 before the busy season. We were having issues with our previous program tracking data and making sure everything was failing correctly. They are able to use the mobile app and just basically follow a tick list down instead of having a book or any kind of paper. Everything’s digital now. I can track everything.
I can see how long my units have been in the field, who’s been paying, who’s behind, and who to chase. I no longer have an over 90 list for AR; we’ve knocked that down to almost zero on a daily basis. Our 31 to 60 is next to nothing.
