Andrew ServiceCore: Hey, I’m Andrew, ServiceCore Director of Implementation, and I’m here to walk you through our onboarding process. We understand that changing or operating workflows and implementing new software can be scary, and there’s no one that understands that more than we do.
After you invest in ServiceCore, one of our former operators will walk you through our six-step onboarding process that begins with the kickoff. During the kickoff, we’ll get to know you, help you build your deployment team, and discuss your current workflows, pain points, and goals with ServiceCore so that we can customize your onboarding experience.
After kickoff, we will work with you in order to import as much of your important data as possible, from your customers to your inventory and even your rentals. We’ve built an awesome data ingestion tool that can import data from a bunch of different platforms or spreadsheets. We really pride ourselves on this because a lot of other ServiceCore alternatives won’t import any of your data.
Configuring your ServiceCore account to meet your business needs is step three of our onboarding process. We like to take a consultative approach so that we can make sure that your account is aligned with industry best practices.
Step four of the ServiceCore onboarding process is training your entire team on how to use ServiceCore, from order entry to route optimization and batch billing and automatic payments. Your ServiceCore implementation manager will personalize your training experience so that your company knows how they’re supposed to use ServiceCore.
Step five is the moment that you’ve been waiting for. This is when you go live on ServiceCore and start using all the ServiceCore features. But this isn’t where our job ends. We will continue to work with you to proactively review your account and make sure that you’re using ServiceCore correctly.
Now that you’re using ServiceCore, you can reach out to our large U.S.-based support team, who can provide assistance, guidance, and support whenever you need it. The best part is they’re real people, and you can pick up the phone and call them when you need help.
That covers the ServiceCore onboarding process. We can’t wait to welcome you to the ServiceCore family.
